Core Youth Outcomes in Youth of Color - Infographics
FYSB has developed a robust grantee monitoring process, rooted in four core outcome areas - safe & stable housing, education & employment, permanent connections, and social &emotional wellbeing – which helps to orient them toward a more holistic approach to understanding their program’s impact. Understanding the racial/ethnic disparities existing among youth experiencing homelessness, FYSB’s Runaway and Homeless Youth program developed an infographic to provide data on the intersection of the core outcome areas and youth of color.
