The Adolescent Resilience Scale assesses the psychological features of resilience – or one’s capacity for successful adaptation in spite of challenging or threatening circumstances. The scale explores three factors: novelty seeking, emotional regulation, and positive future orientation based on prior empirical and theoretical work.
