The MHC-SF is a 14 item scale measuring emotional well-being. It covers 3 dimensions of well-being:emotional,social and psychological. The measure reflects a strengths-based approach to assessing mental health. The measure assesses emotional,psychological,and social aspects of well-being in order to classify respondents'mental health as:1)Flourishing (high positive emotions and functioning)2)Languishing (low positive emotions and functioning)3)Moderate (neither flourishing nor languishing).
